The management defines the quality, health, safety and environment policy (QHSE). A QHSE Steering Committee, assisted by the Process Managers, sets the objectives to be monitored following the appropriate indicators. These are reviewed annually by the management and, if appropriate, by bodies such as the Social Economic Committee, in order to continuously improve the quality, health, safety and environment management system performance.
